NITROAPE FANS will be glad to hear that we "hit the numbers" this past weekend at Auto Club Dragway Fontana.
Crew Chief Bruce and Chassis Guru Randy solved the major gremlin problem concerning ET consistency. Throttle pedal flexing at the "tree" was causing erratic response...ET's and MPH's. Repairs are in order. Time to "RUMBLE THROUGH THE JUNGLE" boys and girls!!!

Co-Owner "Nitro Ruth" was busy with team chores at the office and was not in attendance. She says that we need to solicit more "bananas" for the Nitroape.

I believe both hands are suppose to be on the wheel according to NHRA track rules - there goes that Ape handler doing what needs to be done to get the Ape down the track at winning speeds!
